Our Story

GreenCrest Facility Solutions, formerly known as Ven’s Cleaning Services LLC, was founded in 2023 by Venies Vorkpor—a visionary entrepreneur with a deep passion for excellence and a steadfast commitment to making a meaningful impact. In April of 2025, the company officially rebranded to GreenCrest Facility Solutions, reflecting its growth, expanded service offerings, and future-forward vision.

Venies Vorkpor holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Adminstration and a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University in Virginia. Originally from Liberia, West Africa, Venies has proudly called South Bend, Indiana, home for over a decade. His decision to establish the business stemmed from a desire to build a legacy for his family while fulfilling the need for dependable, high-quality cleaning services in his local community.

Founded on the core values of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail, the company quickly earned a reputation for raising the bar in the cleaning industry. What began as a small operation has grown into a respected provider of commercial, construction, and specialty cleaning services.
